General terms and conditions for use of the services provided by Vaskehjelp AS

Please read the general terms and conditions below before registering or booking services through Vaskehjelp.

By registering or booking services from Vaskehjelp, you accept the terms and conditions of the service.

Fee for late cancellation

Changes in plans happen all the time, we know that!
If the time no longer suits you, you can move to another date or time at no extra cost.

However, if you do not wish to have the ordered cleaning carried out, it is important to do so in good time. It helps the cleaner giving time to fill the workday with new bookings.

In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start time, a fee will be charged to compensate the cleaner for lost income. This does not apply to requests that have the status Unconfirmed.

Fee: 50% of the price of the appointment, excluding VAT
Deadline: Less than 48 hours before the appointment starts
