Good to know before ordering

We encourage you to communicate with the cleaner in advance so that everything is in place for a great result. The home to be cleaned must be tidy and empty so that the assignment can be carried out within the time estimate given. Loose objects must be removed from floors and other surfaces so that the cleaner can reach all areas to be cleaned.

Our satisfaction guarantee assumes that the end inspection is carried out when the cleaning is finished. The warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner of the property. A review of the work done ensures that you as a customer are satisfied with the result. This is agreed in more detail with the cleaner.
