This is a standard cleaning

When ordering a standard cleaning through Vaskehjelp, you book a cleaner for a selected number of hours. When ordering, you will see an estimate of how many hours you should order. Remember, however, that all homes are different, and may require more or less time than our estimate.

After you have sent the request to the cleaner, you can communicate together through the chat. We recommend writing about your expectations for the cleaning and what should be prioritized. The duration can be adjusted before, during and after the cleaning if necessary. The first time, it may be worthwhile to book more time than estimated, so that the cleaner gets to know the home well.

Necessary cleaning equipment

Remember that as a customer, you are responsible for providing the necessary cleaning equipment. Below you can see an overview of which equipment we recommend. If you are unsure whether you have sufficient products, feel free to ask the cleaner in the chat:

• Vacuum cleaner

• Cleaning bucket and mop

• Cleaning detergent for floors and surfaces

• Cleaning detergent for the kitchen

• Cleaning detergent for bathroom

• Customized cloths for each room, preferably microfiber

• Disposable gloves/Rubber gloves

Tasks we do not perform

There are some tasks we do not perform and can therefore not be ordered.

• Cleaning after renovation/construction dust

• Cleaning the ventilation valves and fans

• Remove stains on furniture

• Moving heavy furniture and objects

• Exterior cleaning of window

• Clean the balcony or other outdoor area

• Remove stains such as mold, limescale, fungus and
  other that may be due to lack of regular maintenance

• Clean drains
